Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with any digital file / order we provided, contact us and we will try to make it compatible for your requirement.

If you are reselling our files and your customer cancelled the order and you failed to inform us in time, no refund will be issued if the order is ready or delivered to you. We may deal with such a situation on case-by-case basis. If you have a good business relationship with us for at least a month, then we can issue a full refund, but it will be dependent on the decision of our order handling department.

If you don’t like the order for any reason but don’t inform us within 07 days of delivery of order, we reserve the right to decline any refund requests. However in such a case we can still happily edit / modify that order as per your requirement (if technically possible) for free so please feel free to contact us if you find any issues with any orders / downloaded files. We are very flexible and cooperative with our clients.

Shipping, handling or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We are very flexible with our clients and due to our extraordinary quality and quick services all our clients are very happy with us but if any dispute occurs, we can resolve it with mutual understanding. You don’t need to apply for any chargebacks, simply contact us and we will refund or resolve any issues urgently.

If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your payment account’s statement within a few days but sometimes it can take up to 15 days so please be patient during this time.
