If you find any issues with the ordered files, you can contact us, and we will fix it happily ASAP but please note that few things are not technically possible or have technical limitations in which case we will guide you accordingly to resolve the issue.
If you delay the payment of any order files / free trials for more than 45 days, we reserve the right to charge your credit card or any other automated payment system associated with your account at our website to recover the due amount. Hope you understand that timely payments are important for any company to keep things running smoothly.
We trust our clients and provide them extra ordinary quality and services and all we ask in return is that they provide up to date and correct information. Attempt to intentionally forge or hiding any information that we deem necessary or attempting any fraudulent activity may result in suspension/termination of your account and any other lawful action we deem necessary.
